Ryan Denk is a Principal at Merchants, where he leads the multifamily division. With over 25 years of experience in real estate investment and finance, Mr. Denk is pivotal in driving growth at Merchants. His responsibilities include overseeing loan officer recruitment, sales growth, and retention strategies. In 2012, Mr. Denk co-founded Orchard Funding, which was acquired by Merchants in 2022. He holds a bachelor’s in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
