With over two decades of experience in real estate and investor lending, Karen brings a rare depth of expertise to her role as Senior Loan Originator. Originally from Puyallup, Washington, Karen relocated to Phoenix in 2004 and has since become a trusted resource in the Arizona real estate investment community.
Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Washington University and earned her Arizona real estate license in 2005. Her background includes wholesale real estate, and she continues to put her market knowledge to work firsthand by actively flipping properties alongside her husband.
Since obtaining her MLO license in 2015, Karen has focused exclusively on the investment space — helping investors secure short-term financing and coaching them on how to identify profitable projects. Throughout her career, she has closed more than $250 million in loan volume, a testament to the trust her clients place in her and the results she consistently delivers.
