Chris Aepli co-founded Orchard Funding in 2012 which was subsequently acquired by Merchants Mortgage in 2022. Upon the acquisition, Chris transitioned to be a Principal at the Company. In addition to lending, Chris has extensive experience in real estate including brokerage, fix-N-flips, construction and property management. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in 2003.
