Executive Vice President of Operations
Brent Richter joined the Company in 2022 and currently serves as EVP of Operations. Mr. Richter has 20+ years in commercial real estate leadership and global portfolio management, strategy, and optimization, with a demonstrated track record of success in management of complex portfolios to support organizational, financial, operating and workforce success, delivering positive outcomes, supporting the organization’s vision, operations, and culture. He has decades of hands-on experience in real estate and finance, including private equity investments in numerous markets and product types, development projects, all facets of the commercial real estate life cycle, brokerage, asset / property management, foreclosures, bankruptcies, receivership, and more. Mr. Richter graduated summa cum laude with a BS Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and its Barrett Honors College.Â
