Brent Richter serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at Merchants. Mr. Richter has 20+ years in commercial real estate leadership and global portfolio management, strategy, and optimization, with a demonstrated track record in the management of complex portfolios to support organizational, financial, operating, and workforce success. Mr. Richter graduated with a Bachelor’s in Finance from Arizona State University and its Barrett Honors College.
