Herb Bourdeaux has been a Loan Officer with Merchants Funding AZ, LLC since 2019. Prior to joining Merchants Funding, he served as a Finance Sales and Contracting Executive for a Fortune 500 company.
Herb is a real estate investor with over 25 years of experience acquiring and flipping hundreds of homes. He is also seasoned at buying and managing rental properties.
Herb holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Utah.
