Executive Vice President of Loan Production
Kim Hubbard joined Merchants Mortgage in 1997 and currently serves as Executive Vice President. She manages and oversees the Company’s loan production and marketing as well as working directly with clients to originate mortgage loans for the company. Kim’s finance career began in 1986. Prior to joining the Company, she was head of residential loan origination for KeyBank (and its predecessor OmniBank) from 1993 until 1997. Prior to that, Kim was a Savings and Loan Examiner for the United States Treasury Department Office of Thrift Supervision. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
