Loan Officer
As a Loan Officer with Merchants Mortgage & Trust Corp, Aaron Terry is focused on helping his clients realize their real estate investment goals, and he is committed to providing a smooth loan process to every client. He believes this process is much more than just a transaction, it’s about building long-lasting relationships and working closely with his clients and partners every step of the way to exceed their expectations.
Throughout his career, Aaron has made considerable contributions to the real estate investment lending and construction business. Entering the industry in 2004 with a mortgage brokerage, he later became a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS), Certified Renovation Specialist, and has an advanced understanding of mortgage lending products, investment real estate, rehab construction, taxes, insurance, title and property valuation. Aaron brings a wealth of experience to serve his investor partners. Whether looking to fix and flip, BRRRR, build ground up, liquidate equity or expand a real estate portfolio through new acquisitions, he will help plan the investment strategy and offer the absolute best lending options available.
Staying busy in his community, Aaron has served his church on several committees and through leading the music ministry. Through the years, he has also served on multiple mission trips to various countries and worked as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, Samaritan Inn, and in Nursing/Retirement homes. Aaron has also volunteered his time as the DORBA Trail Steward for the Cross Timbers Mountain Biking Trail on Lake Texoma and the Lake Fannin Mountain Biking Trail. In the Summer of 2000, Aaron met his wife on a mission trip to Sri Lanka while they were in college. These days they stay busy with their five children, love playing music together, and enjoying all things outdoors; vacationing in the mountains and beaches, camping, mountain biking, hiking and skiing.
